Service

NewFace is a showcase where models publish a photo-led profile and casting directors, brands and producers browse those profiles for free. It is not a modelling agency, a talent agency or an employment agency.

• We do not represent models or act on anyone's behalf.
• We take no commission on work you find through your profile.
• We do not promise that you will be contacted, cast or booked.
• Any job, fee or arrangement is between the model and the person who hires them. We are not part of that agreement.

There are two kinds of account. A model account builds and lists a profile. A scout account browses, saves favourites and messages models.

• Model accounts are only for people aged 18 or over. Sign-up asks for your date of birth and will not create a model account for anyone younger.
• Each account is for one person. Use your own details and keep them accurate.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• To join you must agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, and confirm you understand that your profile is visible to other people.

When a model's membership is active, their profile is listed in Discover and has its own public page. Anyone on the internet can open it without an account.

• Public: your photos, display name, age, city and country, height, measurements, hair and eye colour, bio, experience, languages, links you add and the work you are open to.
• Never shown: your date of birth. Profiles show your age only.
• Your email stays private unless you choose to show it as your contact method. By default, scouts contact you through your NewFace inbox.
• You can switch on Hide from Discover in My profile. A hidden profile disappears from Discover and its public page until you switch it back.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You give us permission to store them, resize them and show them on NewFace for as long as they are on your profile.

You can add up to 10 photos. Only add photos that:

• show you, and nobody under 18;
• you have the right to use, including permission from the photographer where needed;
• are not sexually explicit, hateful or misleading.

Creating and previewing a profile is free. Listing it in Discover costs $19 a month. Featured placement, which shows your profile first in Discover with a Featured label, is an optional extra $20 a month.

• Payments are taken by Stripe. Both subscriptions renew every month until you cancel.
• Cancel either one online with Manage billing on your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
• When your membership ends or a payment fails, your profile is taken out of Discover.
• Scouts pay nothing. NewFace never charges models to be contacted or booked.

Signed-in scouts can message models through NewFace. We email you when a new message arrives, without the message itself.

• Be respectful. Do not send spam, harassment or requests for money.
• Block anyone you do not want to hear from. Blocked users cannot message you again.
• Report a profile or a conversation and an admin will review it.
• Check who you are dealing with before you meet anyone or share personal details. A genuine casting will not ask you to pay to be considered.

To keep NewFace safe and within these terms, our admins can hide or remove a profile, remove a single photo, suspend an account and resolve reports. A suspended account cannot sign in.

Models and scouts can delete their account at any time. Open My profile, go to Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.

• We permanently remove your account, your profile, your photos from storage, your favourites and the messages you own.
• Any active membership or Featured subscription is cancelled.
• You are signed out, and your profile page no longer exists.
• This cannot be undone. If you only want a break, use Hide from Discover instead.

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Using NewFace after a change means you accept the updated terms. How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
